Noisebridge is a hackerspace that is just down the street from my house. They have a Python programming class on Monday nights that I keep meaning to go to but never making it.

I was able to do the drain with some forceps I picked up during my veterinary tech career, followed with two doses of baking soda and vinegar. The stuff really works, and it is way less dangerous than Drano.
